Description: This feature class aims to aggregate residential housing by building code type in Baltimore County using a combination of data from State of Maryland Tax Assessment Office, Baltimore County Department of Planning, and United States Census Bureau. The tax data was brought in using FME and joined with Baltimore County address data to determine building code type. The data was then grouped by building code type resulting in 6 groups. We aggregated using census tracts to give the count of address of each type within a given census tract. The result will be used to give insights into housing related patterns within Baltimore County.
