The two exceptions are panels 220 and 245 both having effective dates 8/2/2011. See attribute table for layer FIRM Panel. \n\nThis group layer replaces the previous DataQuery layer which was based on the Preliminary DFIRM of 8/25/2006. We couldn't use the 9/26/2008 DFIRM since it omitted panels 220 and 245 and therefore did not provide County-wide coverage.",
